These gentle movement explorations liberate us from layers of involuntary, habitual holding patterns. My somatic movement teaching draws from Somatic Unwinding, Hanna Somatics, BioSomatics, the teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais, the Alexander Technique, Skinner Releasing Technique, Embodied Anatomy, the eight neuro-developmental movement patterns of the BrainDance and my over thirty two years as a somatic movement educator, dancer and Soma Yoga & meditation teacher.
