This monthly reset will flow through guided somatic movement explorations, neurodevelopmental somatic movement patterns from BrainDance and lying down somatic bodyscan mindfulness meditations. Open to all, no previous experience required.

This work draws from Somatic Unwinding, Hanna Somatics, the teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais, the Alexander Technique, Skinner Releasing & Open Source Forms, Embodied Anatomy, BrainDance neurodevelopmental movement patterns and my thirty years as a somatic movement educator, dancer, yoga & meditation teacher.
